For anyone looking for mortgage help - look no further!
My husband and I found a home that better suited our family before having our home listed so our situation happened VERY quickly when we went to sell and buy our homes. We were having nothing but trouble getting answers from the mortgage specialist at our bank at the time and that's when we called Tracy Pilbrow of Pilbrow Group at Mortgage Brokers City. We can honestly tell you that NOBODY has ever worked so hard for our business - EVER. Hands down - Tracy and her team were the most phenomenal to have worked with. Not only did she do the math for us (where our current bank should have), but she shopped and found an interest rate and mortgage arrangement that was unbeatable. The knowledge, expertise that she brought were outstanding but her skill to be able to explain it in a way we would understand was appreciated beyond explanation. Not a single question went unanswered. Every email and phone call was answered in a more timely manner than we ever would have expected during their peak time for business. There wasn't a time, even if it was our third or fourth call/email of the day, that we felt that we were a bother to her or her team. Tracy, Rachel and Jim jumped through every hoop imaginable and for that we are most grateful. Everything during this experience for us went incredibly well and if we could tell people in person what this group is like, you would be able to see we are sincere when we tell you that we can't say enough great things about them. We will recommend them to everyone! This team brought us more comfort and peace of mind during a stressful and chaotic time, than we could ever have hoped for. They made our experience wonderful and we simply can't thank them enough. They are a group of mortgage Rock Stars! From the bottom of our hearts, we thank The Pilbrow Group. You're quite simply The Best!
